The Situation

Acklen Avenue develops custom web and mobile applications for high-growth companies. While day-to-day operations were under control, a lack of cash flow forecasting prevented management from investing in growth. We were challenged to restructure Acklen’s debt, client contracts, and customer collections, as well as using our technology platforms and team expertise to predict risk associated with expansion.

The Result

We recommended and developed dynamic, cloud-based dashboards that allow Acklen Avenue to better predict cash flow. This was achieved through analyzing multiple scenarios to minimize risk associated with adding headcount in pursuit of growth. Based on the predictive abilities of our dynamic dashboards, Acklen Avenue hired additional sales support and software development teams. The expanded sales team was able to double revenue in the second half of the year.
