The Situation

Compass East engaged with a Healthcare Consulting Company working in the Pharmaceutical industry to support client brand strategy, drug program development and operations, and clinical staffing. In order to smooth out the cash flow process, Compass East streamlined and created new Invoicing, payroll and bill payment processes. This removed the CEO from many of the manual processes that were creating inefficiencies and brought clarity to their cash flow.
