The Result

This strategic financial management reformation provides the essential infrastructure for enabling the VP of Finance to develop, track, and measure KPIs. We also assumed control of the company’s finance, accounting, and month-end close functions, allowing the VP to allocate more time to other value-added and growth-oriented tasks.
