Our experience stems from working as internal and external auditors, where we saw first-hand how businesses operate across sectors.
However, as auditors we didn’t have the opportunity to significantly impact change on current and future business growth. Through our work, we discovered a great desire to assist businesses with implementing sound, streamlined financial processes, contributing directly to growth and success with people we admire. After being an outsider, we started Compass East to serve as an extension of our client’s team with solutions that are not only requested, but accepted, by the businesses we have the pleasure of partnering with.
